As a support to our Technical Manual section we have introduced a telephone Help Hotline. This service is intended to provide additional advice and assistance to that found in the heater Owners Manual.
Sometimes a second opinion is helpful when faultfinding. Our Help Hotline is free to access, and we will give help in solving problems on a variety of heaters.
Registering with our Help Hotline service is easy; simply go to the Contact Us page on the website and send us an email with "Hotline" as the subject. You will then be registered for free telephone access on all future occasions by calling 07787 136506.
